• The Registry Administrator (RA)
  
  

  The management of the greenhouse gas registry is done by the registry administrator. It is the entity or person who manages and maintains the register in accordance with the prescribed guidelines and legislation. The administrator is designated by each Member State.

  In Belgium, the designated registry administrator is the Federal Public Service of Public Health, Food Chain Safety and Environment.

  To ensure an optimal management of the national registry and in order to streamline the cooperation and communication between the federal government and the Belgian regions, a cooperation agreement has been concluded.
